Tom Siefert

Owner

I serve as the primary point of contact for many of our clients from their first inquiry through the early stages of design and construction. In this role, I guide clients through the pre-construction process, helping them navigate everything from lot selection and utilities to financing, banking, design coordination, contracts, and the many questions that naturally arise along the way. I see my position as a liaison—connecting clients with the people, information, and resources needed to move their project forward with clarity and confidence. At Epic, we take pride in removing confusion from the process and replacing it with thoughtful guidance, ensuring the pre-construction process feels like a purposeful step toward our clients’ vision rather than an obstacle that gets in the way.

Behind the scenes, I also support a variety of operational and administrative efforts that help keep our business running smoothly. While these responsibilities may not always be visible, they are essential to delivering the level of service our clients expect. I’m grateful to work alongside a strong team that allows us to stay focused on what matters most—building lasting relationships and exceptional projects.

The most rewarding part of my role is getting to know our clients on a personal level. I enjoy learning about their families, careers, goals, and lifestyles so we can thoughtfully reflect those details in the homes and offices we design and build. It’s especially meaningful to see former clients around the community and stay connected long after their projects are complete—relationships that often extend well beyond the construction process.
