As a jobsite superintendent for Epic Built, I oversee daily construction operations to ensure homes are built according to plans, quality standards, and schedules. My role includes coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing safety and building codes, managing timelines, communicating with homeowners and the project team, and resolving on-site issues to deliver a high-quality custom home. 

My favorite part of the job is turning plans into reality and walking homeowners through a finished home that reflects their vision and craftsmanship that we as the Epic team are proud of!
